"Order Scroll" is an official form used for purchases or transactions at "A Queen's wISh".

Incomplete Order Scrolls are considered invalid so please make sure they are filled out completely and accurately.



Orders cannot be cancelled once Order Scrolls are submitted.



Payment should be settled within 48 hours (2 business days) at any Banco De Oro (BDO) branch after Order Scroll has been submitted.



Prices of the products, as quoted on the website, are subject to change at any time (ex. sale), but changes will not affect prior agreements.



In addition to the price of the product, buyer may have to pay a delivery charge.

Delivery tracking numbers will be posted on our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/aqueenswish as soon as the parcel is picked up by the courier.



We are not liable for any lost and/or damaged items in transit and delayed packages.



Items bought on sale and pre-loved items are final and may not be returned nor exchanged.
